At Henderson Nursing & Rehabilitation, employee appreciation is an important part of creating a positive and supportive workplace culture. As part of our ongoing employee retention efforts, members of the leadership team recently surprised staff with candy bars paired with motivational messages as a small token of gratitude for their hard work and dedication.
Throughout the day, leadership personally distributed the treats, taking time to thank team members for the compassion, commitment, and excellence they bring to our residents each day. While the gesture was simple, the message was meaningful: every employee plays an important role in making Henderson Nursing & Rehabilitation a place where residents and coworkers feel valued and supported.
