At Henderson Nursing & Rehabilitation, we know that the little moments make the biggest difference. Our Employee Shout Out Board gives our team the opportunity to recognize and celebrate one another for the kindness, teamwork, dedication, and compassion shown every day.
Each month, employees can submit shout outs for their coworkers who go above and beyond for our residents, families, and fellow team members. These nominations are a reminder that hard work does not go unnoticed and that appreciation from your peers means so much.
