At Henderson Nursing & Rehabilitation, we believe appreciation is about creating moments that bring our team together. Through our ongoing Employee Retention Program, we continue to celebrate our employees with fun and meaningful activities that remind them how much they are valued.
One of our Friday appreciation themes this month was “Let’s Get Poppin’!” Employees had the chance to take a break, have some fun, and create their very own custom popcorn mix. With a variety of sweet and salty toppings to choose from, everyone was able to build a snack that was as unique as they are!
Each Friday brings a new theme and a new way to show appreciation, but our goal remains the same — creating a positive workplace where our team feels recognized, supported, and connected.
