Dear Readers,
Thank you for allowing Henderson Nursing and Rehabilitation to serve your needs. We take pride in knowing that our residents are happy and fulfilled. It is with great sadness that I must announce that our Director of Nursing, Jennifer Barnett, has decided to move on in her professional career. We will miss her smile, jokes, and willingness to do whatever it takes to serve our residents and we wish her the best with her career advancement. However, “every new beginning comes from so other beginnings end” and I would like to take this time to welcome our new Director of Nursing, Lucretia Tramill, MSN, RN to our team. We are excited for all that she will bring to our team here at Henderson Nursing.
Summer is approaching and we would like to remind our readers that if you plan to take your loved ones out on outings, please be mindful of the heat as the elderly are very sensitive to heat exhaustion. If you have any questions about the signs of heat exhaustion or what you can do to prevent it, please see our Director of Nursing. Lastly, please remember that my door is always open and I am here for any questions or concerns.
All the best,
Mary Cayte
