Letter from the Administrator

Dear Residents, Families, and Co-Workers,

I hope everyone is enjoying this fall weather. Something about fall, always relaxes everyone! This month, we invite everyone to enjoy our Thanksgiving meal with the residents. We have a wonderful menu planned that I am confident you will be thoroughly impressed. However, it is not so much what is on the table that matters but whom is in the chairs. A sense of family is something I believe makes Henderson Nursing and Rehabilitation unique. Life is full of give and take.

This month, reminds me to give thanks and take nothing for granted. Something my mother always taught me was the things you take for granted, someone else is praying to receive. I sincerely want to give thanks to our wonderful staff members who work hard every day taking care of our residents. I appreciated you from the time you spend, the energy you give, and sacrifices you make to care for others. Thank you to the families who entrust us to care for their loved ones. Most of all, I’d like to thank the residents for making Henderson Nursing and Rehabilitation your home, whether it be short term or for longer. We appreciate the opportunity to care for you and add you to our big family!

Again, I hope everyone has a great Thanksgiving and do not forget to set your scale back 10 lbs. that week! I know I will!

With a grateful heart,

Lindsay Turner,
